Words that touch
bring time to life ...
*Danielle Quinodoz
Hello!
I am a clinical psychologist working with adults and couples facing emotional, interpersonal, and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts, grief, trauma, and relationship or personality-related issues.
I recognise the deeply personal ways in which we suffer as individuals and I provide therapy to people from all walks of life across multiple countries, in both English and Turkish. Rooted in modern psychoanalytic principles, my approach is open-ended, exploratory, and tailored to each client’s unique experience. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself offers a space for reflection, insight, and change.
I hold a dual honours degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Keele University (UK), a master’s degree from Deakin University (Australia), and a clinical psychology specialisation from Istanbul Okan University (Türkiye). I am a registered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and adhere to their ethical standards.
My professional experience began at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire in the UK, and since then, I’ve worked internationally across hospitals, NGOs, corporate settings and health organisations. I have also been a guest lecturer in Psychology at Middle East Technical University (METU).
Alongside my clinical practice, I regularly deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions for organisations, supporting individuals and teams as part of employee engagement and well-being programmes designed to improve mental health awareness, and also take part as a speaker in congresses, symposiums and conferences worldwide.
