

MY APPROACH
In my practice, I offer individual and couples psychotherapy, addressing emotional and interpersonal difficulties such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, identity-related concerns, work-related stress, and relationship or family issues. My approach is flexible and integrative, grounded primarily in contemporary psychoanalytic and relational frameworks, tailored uniquely to each individual's or couple's experiences and needs.
My sessions provide a reflective, non-judgemental space where feelings can be expressed freely and openly. I emphasise understanding and acceptance of emotional experiences rather than viewing them as pathological or symptomatic. By exploring underlying emotional patterns and gaining deeper insight, individuals and couples can achieve meaningful and lasting change. Sessions are available in English and Turkish for clients worldwide.

These events, held publicly or tailored specifically for organisational teams, aim to enhance emotional intelligence, mental health awareness, and overall well-being in professional and personal contexts.
